I'm trying to move from agg_font_cache_manager & agg_font_freetype to
the new version agg_font_cache_manager2 & agg_font_freetype2.
Unfortunately the interface is different and I'm having trouble to
find how to use it for replacing old classes. For instance, once I
load a font (is this the right way of doing it?:
loaded_face* m_pFace = m_fontEngine.load_face_file(fontFullName);
how do I get a glyph? Is it
what would be the minimum code to load a font, access a glyph and
render it? Any one could send me some sample code to start playing
with it? Or point me to some code using it? Thank you.
A suggestion: As documentation in agg is minimal, users trying to
learn must rely on studying the samples. Unfortunately, there is no
freetype_test2.cpp updated example to demonstrate
agg_font_cache_manager2 & agg_font_freetype2 usage. It would be nice
if any one with good knowledge of these new versions could spend a few
minutes to create that updated sample.
