Chris,
It sounds like the install when astray. icont is the
translator and it sounds like it can't find it or that
that it's using the wrong arguments.
I assume this is on Windows.
Did you add the unicon bin directory to your
path/environment variables?
By some off-chance, could you possibly have an old
icon/unicon library on your machine??
I've cross posted to the Unicon list as well.
You can try manually compiling the .icn file from a
command line (program name below may be off):
> icont 00hc-resume-logfile
That should produce an exe file.
