The stamps categories look good.
I've disabled LARGE_CURSOR_FULLSCREEN_BUG in this build. The bug only
manifests if hardware surfaces are used.
Since the default on Windows was changed from directx -> windib a while
back, this should work for most users. I tried the new --native switch
with --fullscreen and the cursors worked fine.
If I do this in a command-prompt:
C:\>tuxpaint --native --fullscreen
the cursor 'bug' is back,
