Marko,
I've had problems like this before. It turns out that somehow the
repository file got corrupted. Try and do a "cvs log <file>" from a prompt
in your sandbox. You'll probably see an error message that will help you
figure out the problem. If you don't get an error, then the problem might
be TortoiseCVS.
Fixing corrupted repository files is a discussion we should probably
have offline. I've done it so I'll be happy to try and help.
