The behavior recently changed in SBCL itself to better support Windows
(which doesn't really have symlinks).

Ah. "Minor changes to ASDF". Not minor from my point of view, but it
explains why I failed to find the symlink creation code in CVS :-)

I must checkout SBCL Win32 someday soon.
