Attached is a patch that
1. Should fix the dladdr problems when running against a different
version of libc then sbcl was built against, etc.
2. Fixes manual building on non-linuxes, by making the linux-only
sockopts in sb-bsd-sockets signal UNSUPPORTED-OPERATOR-ERROR
elsewhere, but keeping the documentation for those intact, and
noting the that they are linux only in the documentation.
3. A few trivial but annoying fixes to .sbclrc examples in the manual.
Testting on non-linux very much needed, and to test the workingness of #1
the built sbcl should be tried on a different box then where it was built.
An sbcl for linux/x86 built with this patch, libc being Debian's
2.3.2.ds1-16, is at http://www.random-state.net/tmp/sbcl (and sbcl.core),
so that those with different versions can test #1 without building.
