How many CPUs in the machine?

Yes (I think), but it requires some development time, and I have not
gotten around to it. Have been very ill these past months, and am only
now coming to.
Also, are you using rsyncrypto under cygwin, or the native Windows
version? I don't think there will be a great big difference, but it is
worth a try.
