Summary: EPSF 3.0 header is wrong

The correct header is
%!PS-Adobe-3.0 EPSF-3.0
The PyX 0.7 hello.eps example
http://pyx.sourceforge.net/examples/hello.eps
has "EPSF 3.0" not "EPSF-3.0", consequently other
programs do not recognise it as being EPS.
