It's a small web application called Bonan=E7a that I've written for
management of female patients with cancer, intended for health-care
organizations. I originally developed it for an organization called
Rede Feminina de Combate ao C=E2ncer de Joinville (Female Cancer Combat
Network at Joinville/Brazil).
It has been running in production for around 4 months with actually
4,000+ pacient objects, and the people there want to feed the system
with around 60,000+ pacients, (they already have them recorded in
paper cards). In addition, the system also keeps track of medical
examination data, so for each patient you have one or more examination
objects (they also used to have this kind of record in paper cards).
