Just to clarify: It is not necessary for me to add port 5190 to Norton,
because Gaim connects to AIM without a problem already, even with Norton on=
.
So that's a non-issue. The remaining problem is that even after doing what
the FAQ suggests (adding the ports for MSN, etc.), Gaim still won't connect
with Google Talk. The reason for this seems to be that none of the
additional ports in the FAQ have anything to do with Google/Jabber. When
Norton is off, it connects, so obviously it's a Norton issue. I just need t=
o
know which port to add to the list, like I did for MSN.
