The goal is to have as many of the best applications as we have slots
for, or there are suitable applications, whichever number is smaller.
If this means no MSN apps get in, or no logging apps get in, or
whatever, that's fine. We should avoid duplicates.
Do we know how many slots we get for sure, yet?
Frankly, I don't see 13 (or however many students we originally
applied for) stellar applications. I'm quite disappointed over all.
