There is nothing in the pgsql docs that suggests group by/having won't
work. It's more a case that in the code, as it currently stands, my
patch wouldn't work.
The fix of course is to remove the chunk of code that: tests for pgsql,
removes the group by clause, and does a distinct select instead. But
that leads to the question, is there a good reason for it to be there in
the first place?
