Hello! I'm John Day-Richter, the author of DAG-Edit.
Please send me your dagedit.stderr file. This file contains the details of any
DAG-Edit problem, and will help me figure out what is going wrong. To figure
out the location of the file on your machine, start up DAG-Edit and open the
configuration plugin. Click the "Paths & Autosave" tab. At the top of the
window there will be a line showing the path to the "dageditor" configuration
file. The dagedit.stderr file will be in the same directory.
If you are comfortable doing so, it would also help if you would send me the
ontology you are trying to convert.
I hope this helps,
