I did the mindi test and it failed. the cmd line is in cmd.log. I did notice
WARNING: No Hardware support for KT600-8237. This is my motherboard.
I burned the iso anyway using k3b.
I booted the DVD RW to see if it would work. And it came up with this. sh:
Can't access tty; job control turned off. It did bring me to a command line so
I mounted the floppy drive and copied all the log files that I thought that was
inportant to it. Those files are in the attached From_floppy.tar.gz file.
All this is in otherinfo.txt file in the mindi.tar.gz file.

Your Linux distro's name and version (/etc/distro-release)
Whether your kernel supports initrd and loopfs; it should! (grep -E
What sort of PC you are using, including hard disk configurations
(results of dmidecode, lshw, fdisk -l are useful here)
