Sorry I forgot to specify the boot parameters that I used with the
interactive noapic vga=791 edd=off
(ddcon 1 + network don't do anything, edd=off because since 2.6.25 I
won't get framebuffers unless I specify this)
But I *did* try mindi 2.0.5 and the result is better: he gets beyond the
"Preparing udev..." and even finds the USB disks but he can't find the 2
IDE disks /dev/hda + /dev/hdc. So I was able to copy the mondorestore.log.
I also attach the ouput of hwinfo --disk that shows the 4 HDD's in
question, 2 USB and 2 IDE. That also says that the drivers for the IDE
disks are via82cxxx + ide_gd_mod both of which are in the
mondoarchive.log but only the former is in mondorestore.log. I don't
know if that means anything.
