My understanding of the situation is that mondo will use the suitable (ie.
supporting UNIX symlinks etc) filesystem with the largest amount of free
space.
Eg.
# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda2 719M 234M 449M 35% /
/dev/hda6 9.2G 648M 8.1G 8% /var
/dev/hda7 9.2G 3.5G 5.3G 40% /usr
/dev/hda8 22G 179M 20G 1% /home
/dev/hdb2 230G 41G 178G 19% /mnt/backup
/dev/hda1 160M 15M 137M 10% /boot
/mnt/backup has the largest amount of free space so mondo uses that. If I
filled up /mnt/backup, mondo would start using /home instead.
Do a 'df -h' and see where you think they'll go...
