MinGW - Minimalist GNU for Windows

When working with tickets and you have a related ticket using the
markdown syntax to refer to the ticket, e.g. [#1636], will cause the
referenced ticket to also refer to the related ticket.  So if you have
a duplication be sure to give the related ticket in the comment of the
ticket being marked duplicate.  You can see the affect of this by
