This is the best thing to do, and this is the whole purpose of the
'proposed' and 'release' candidate system MinGW has been using.
Unless someone else feels otherwise, I would suggest maintaining two
sets of releases, one you feel is release-quality, and the other that's
alpha/beta where you'd like additional testing, similar to binutils and GCC.
