Good to hear from you and thanks for taking over the maintenance on
the Mingw port. Been so busy lately that I have barely been able to
keep up with Crystal Space development, even though I am currently co-
developing a new MMORPG called "PlaneShift" which is based on Crystal
Space Rendering package.
Can see myself porting a Mingw version of PlaneShift. Now, if I only
had a little more time... ;-)

True. I am not sure that we are maintaining Make anymore for Mingw.
Mostly people are being referred to a binutil package instead.
Time permitting I will complete a 3.79.1 port (command/cmd) of make
for Mingw, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
As I understand it there is some efforts going in that direction by
folks who follow mingw-users@... mailing list for the
command.exe shell. My own would be for cmd.exe.
