I once installed the cm-super-package with the package manager from
a source in the internet and it took quite a long time. Since then
I'm avoiding this. I either import the package from an older miktex,
or I download the package and the miktex-zz-files with a browser and
then install from a local repository.
So I don't know if the problem still exists.
