[MiKTeX] Instability

I have been surprized by the statements of colleagues about the =
instability
of MikTeX. And now I should agree...

I have added csLaTeX files to the installation of MikTex, created fmt =
files,
cslatex.exe file and created TeX Formats in the=20
MikTeX Options> TeX Formats.=20
The first test went nicely, the dvi file followed the tex source, but =
after I added
the control that the program did not know, the program refused working =
even
for the healthy tex source!!!
Is there any stable TeX/LaTeX program working in the Windows XP =
environment?
... or is there any remedy to the deteriorated stability?

I'm no expert, but maybe this has something to do with elatex being the new standard latex compiler in miktex 2.4 for the first time???

Please discard the message on the instability.
When MikTex has not found the translated
file in the current directory, it takes one of the
same name in another directory.
Working around the problem too long has taken
me to wrong conclusion.
Please forget it.

Hi,=20

are there any plans to update czech part, namely cslatex/csplain
in the installation of MikTeX? Internal dates reveal that some files
are more that five years old.
How are the updates organized? ... in cooperation with cstug.cz
or by MikTeX tech team only?
