Aleph One: Marathon Open Source

I've uploaded a new cross-build toolkit for OS X machines:

I will be updating the cross-build instructions on the sf wiki soon  
to reflect how I created this.

This is a static-compile toolchain; so to build Aleph One, you will  
have to set LIBS="-ljpeg -lpng -lz -lsmpeg -lstdc++ -lws2_32" before  
cross-configuring. Building will result in an AlephOne.exe that  
requires no DLLs to run :)
