We just rolled out MailManager to our customer service folks and have
run into a problem. When clicking to download an attachment from a
ticket, all they get is a 0 byte file. I've tried to troubleshoot this
one but I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

I've looked at the mm_attachment table and the attachments seem to be
making it into the body field. I don't know of a quick way to extract
them from the database so I can't say if they're intact (but I assume
they are). I looked at AttachPluggableBrain.py and nothing jumps out at
me. Nothing appears in the zope or apache error logs. Does anybody
have any ideas where I might look next?
