Thanks. This is a bug and a documentation issue which we need to resolve
in MailManager v2.0
When enabling customers to view tickets, you should specify the
_originating_ e-mail address of the tickets that you wish the customer
to have access to, rather than the account alias.
For example:
The customer peter@... should be able to view tickets
originating from 'peter@...' or 'john@...'
rather than all the tickets in a particular account like
support@...
However, you are absolutely right, if you add a new customer with
privileges to see tickets in a particular account (including every other
customers incoming tickets into that account, which you probably do not
to do want anyway), when that customer logs in, they can see all the
accounts listed.
There are another couple of issues with the customer function that we
have just spotted as well, so we'll raise some bug reports in the
tracker and get those resolved ASAP.
