I met Richard Stallman in Jakarta yesterday, along with a few people from
the university's "open source software users group."
I told him about LXDE, which he thought was interesting, and said they might
be interested in it for the GNU project. He asked if it was about replacing
the X server, or just improving things on top of the X server, and I said I
think just on top.
I'll email him in a couple of days and send him links (and I'll cc the GNU
project as well).
