I have one linux box that can running lircemu or lircd.
And I have one windows box that running some lirc client programm
(progdvb.com) that can connect to lirc linux server.
I dont have any IR devices nor linux, nor windows.
I want to control windows programm on win box from my linux machine from
concole or from glircemu.
I run lircemu - but lircemu dont listen on 8765 port. Lircemu create
socket /tmp/lircd - but I dont know how tell lircd to use it (read
command from this socket) and send commands to all lircd clients.
What driver should I choose when I configure lircd?
(I dont have any IR devices)
How to tell lircd not use driver, but use socket, created by lircemu?
I compile lirc with lircd(sir)
then I run
lircd --device=/tmp/lircd -n --listen=8765
and connect to port 8765 from windows box:
lircd 0.6.6: accepted new client from 10.0.2.7
lircd 0.6.6: could not open /dev/lircd2
lircd 0.6.6: default_init(): No such device
lircd 0.6.6: caught signal
Terminated
Dont lircd undenstand socket, created by lircemu?
sorry for bad english
