I have to agree, that is amazing. I don't think I would have
tried assuming it was a waste of time. How did you get to the right person?
I experimented with several different versions of both 1.xx from CVS and
4.xx from SVN. The first time if failed just like you reported, every other
time it worked fine with various versions of each from the past month (I
compile once or twice a week and keep old versions around for a month or two
just in case).
The only way I could reproduce the failure was to set "Identify as" to
KMyMoney. When I set it to "Quicken Windows 2008" the problem goes away.
Since it appears that you set this value to KMyMoney I suggest trying some
other options and see if it helps.
