The main page is telling me : fping is loaded ok.
Now the rest.
I guess you are referring to the following section.
For the Apache server to display status, first enable the status module,
you will then need to permit access to the status URL from the JFFNMS
server. For example, if your JFFNMS server's IP address is 192.168.1.10
then the listing would look like:
Deny from all
Allow from 192.168.1.10
The Location clause can either go in the main section of the
configuration file or into a virtual host. The ExtendedStatus line needs
to go into the main section.
How can I enable and see the status module and which file should be
edited with the information above.

If you can get fping then just use that and the Reachability interfaces
rather than putting it through smokeping, it is a lot simpler.
The only windows computer now has a dead hard disk so I cannot get it
going myself, but I'm sure it cannot be too hard to get that fping
working with the windows JFFNMS.

Then you need to do some development, there is really no way around

You will need to create a new one specific for those radios.
If it is anything like the ones I worked on months ago then good luck
because it was the most awful and stupidly implemented SNMP I have ever
