[ jEdit-users ] moving plugin-submissions tracker msgs from -devel to -users?

I'm just wondering, at the moment the updates (new submissions, closed
messages, and updated) to the plugin submissions tracker goes to
jedit-devel.
This means developers know exactly when new plugins are being submitted and
released.

Since i am on both that and the -users list it makes no diff to me, but I
thought that perhaps the -users would be just as interested in this kind of
traffic as the -developers are. Does anyone disagree with me on this view?
I'm thinking of changing it so that -users will get those messages from now
on.  It seems to be a very low-volume list at the moment.

What do you think?
