Just uploaded to CVS:
Bug fixed: When creating an issuetracker instance and using the
Properties Wizard some default boolean values were incorrectly
saved.
Basically, if you use the Properties Wizard when creating a new
issuetracker the "Dispatch on submit", "Stop cache" and "Encode email
links" were set to false even though defined as true in
IssueTrackerConstants.py.
You don't have to check out the latest CSV (although recommended) as long
as you manage to keep this in mind in the future.
I'm personally going to go in now on our instances we use at work to check
that this hasn't caused any bad settings.
