On OS X 10.5.8 there is no problem with Inkscape 0.46+devel r22028: the
font appears in the font list and can be used as shown in jean-maurice's
screenshot. OOo 3.1 also recognizes it.
On the other hand the font does _not_ work in common OS X applications
like TextEdit (RTF text editor) or Stickies. This indicates to me that
the font is somehow not in a standard format(?). Maybe someone with
FontForge (or any other decent font tool) installed can have a look and
analyze the font?
