Tt is bundled as a replacement for TOS.IMG. In addition it may
also be built as a TOS in RAM, booted using either a boot.prg
program, or an auto-boot floppy (the TOS in RAM is useful
primarily to test on real hardware).
The TOS.IMG itself is cross-compiled using the cross-mint
environment.
