I believe so. We started out with the form being embedded in the
FormBuilder "mocked-up" to look like a top level window.

I think I remember that after we switched from using the "embedded
form", a toplevel window was used. I believe I was attempting to make
the window only movable within the FormBuilder, to make it seem that it
was contained by it. It obviously didn't work.

Agreed. The plugins have trouble. What started out looking like a good
idea became a problem in interconnectedness. We definitely need to
revisit how all that works, too much information is required right now
for an outsider to do anything with the plugins, and that includes
modifying their configuration.
