gLabels

Thanks.  I have checked this into both TRUNK and the 2.2.x branch.

BTW.  You can create a fresh glabels.pot file simply by doing a 'make 
glabels.pot' in the po directory.

I would currently like to stick with subversion for the primary 
repository -- I definitely don't have the time or desire to learn a new 
work flow at the moment.  What would I have to do to set up the gnome 
account, git repository and set up such a gateway?  Is this something 
you would be willing to help get set up?

Hi Jim,
I'm finished with this migration. It works fine, the German manual is
created and installed. The attached patch is based on the current stable
branch. Note: It applies changes in gtk-doc.make, but this changes could
be made by the build process. If it is not needed, please remove the
appropriate section from the patch file. Furtherly, the patch includes
an updated German GUI translation.

Everything appears to work correctly in 2.2.5; thanks a lot! I will
submit a PR to update the FreeBSD port to the latest version and
hopefully that will be approved soon.
