Summary: Pioneers gladly plow on an already plowed tile
Initial Comment:
There is a minor problem with pioneer orders. If one pioneer is plowing, and later a second pioneer comes along, he can also starts to plow since the 'plow' button is not disabled. First problem is thet the plowing does not accumulate (this would be a nice feature), and second problem is that when first pioneer is done, the second pioneer continues plowing for a number of turns, even though the tile is already plowed.
In the attached savegame there is two pioneers NW of Jamestown, one is plowing with 1 turn left. The problem is revealed when you order the second pioneer to plow.
