No, this is fine. All colonist types have a base offence of zero. If
they have no weapons, they can not attack. This also applies to
veterans, who have a veteran attack bonus, however. What is missing is
the attack bonus due to horses, a problem I also recently noticed. And
some localization problem, of course. And the soldier should actually be
shown with muskets if he has any.
I am currently working on combat tests, so I will probably be able to
fix most of the problems over the weekend.
One might argue that a base offence of zero need not be listed, however.
What do you think?
