I currently use a password manager on Win98 and, because I am moving to
Linux, I found FPM. Currently it is the best Linux has to offer, so far as
I can see. I find the user interface on my Win98 client is much more
complete however. Are you entertaining feature requests for the GUI? I
have been using my password program for a couple of years now and I have
some things that I like and things that I wish were different about it. I
think I could give you a good list of wishes. I could also direct you to
the URL. Right now I'm too lazy to open up my Windows box; besides, it
always fills me with a feeling of dread :).
I appreciate your efforts in bringing such an essential software utility to
the Linux environment.
BTW, I found it impossible to build the source... too many problems
installing libxml and such that finally I decided it wasn't worth it. I'm
on the Suse 7.3 environment. So I loaded the RPM. FPM can't find the
logo.xpm file. The RPM install put the file one place, but strace shows
that FPM does not look there for the logo...?
