Fluxbox

Hi, when I sellect "Remember > Dimensions" and "Remember > Position" in Firefox, that options also appear selected in Thunderbird like if they where the same window.

Also, most of the times I reboot (but not allways) Fluxbox seems to forget that I sellected "Remember > Dimensions" and "Remember > Position" (those options are not checked despite being checked before I shut down) and the windows don't appear as I wan't them to.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello there,

just a note to say I looked in the link you sent, set my apps file like
this:

[app] (class=Thunderbird-bin) {1}
	[Workspace] {2}
[end]

and now Thunderbird opens in the 2nd workspace, as it should, while
Firefoxes keep opening where I am, as I want.

Hello all,

I was trying to get my Mozilla Thunderbird to open always in a specific
workspace, so I set the "remember workspace" property. Upon opening the
.fluxbox/apps file, we see that 'Gecko' is used as application name -
perfectly in order, since this is the >first< WM_CLASS string. Well,
since at least firefox shares this property, it would be nice to get
Flux to look at other strings; namely, the second WM_CLASS string, that
reads 'Thunderbird-bin'.

It is also likely I'm messing up somewhere here. Would any of you
fellows know how to go about with this?
