Fire is for Mac OS X and later only. Here's our frequently asked

Depending on what machine you have, I would suggest either upgrading,
or possibly checking out XPostFacto which allows some older machines to
run Mac OS X. (This is unsupported by Apple, of course.)

There are native clients for the various protocols on Mac OS 8/9, but
I'm not aware of any multiprotocol client for that platform.
