The following line in the IRQ listing worries me:

You have given IRQ16 Realtime scheduling with priority 80, and you run
the binary nvidia driver (notorious for non-RT behavior). Please fix
your IRQ priorities. I suggest that you remove usb prioritization from
the rtirq script.
