Actually, this is found on the SF.net status page: <https://
sourceforge.net/docs/A04/>. This page is linked to from every (and I
mean every :-) SF.net page. Whenever you have *any* problems with
SF.net, check there first before filing a complaint etc.
The notice about the server failure has been there since friday, but
was updated recently. Including an estimate when dev CVS will be back
up again.
