As written in the notes next to the download:
"EMU 2.0 has an new start-up interface (dbemu)."
So you need to start EMU by the dbemu link from the start menu.
That way the new interface to all EMU Tools appears.
If you have problems with installing your databases, take a look at the help below the emu.
You will find more introductions there.
It is a dynamic help that changes its text whenever your mouse pointer is over an other entry.
The external opening of the labeller and other tools will not be provided anymore because everthing you do with EMU is managed by the dbemu interface.
I'm sorry for the problem and I hope you are able to use the new EMU with all its improvements now.
