hmmm. I don't have any implentation ideas due to my lack of knowledge about
UTF-8.
But doesnt that need something like: w_char NOT char? Since there's more
characters
than 255? If so, it would need lot changes in core also... But its
definetely worth of it!

If You or someone else is willing to start working on that, It would be
really nice!

About icons on EDE, Now most of(all?) icons are built-in app, right?
That's VERY bad, we cant have such things like "icon themes", We should
have something similar to GTK stockbuttons. It could work like this:
We have types like, OPENFILE, SAVEFILE, and so on in EFLTK,
Creating Fl_Stock_Button(TYPE_ID, ...) would take a icon from specific
icon theme dir, if not found it would use default built-in image.
What You guys think about this?

Do you, Jean-Marc, have some spare time to port your UTF-8 stuff
to efltk? :)
What does that actually need, any external libraries?
Or is there only huge amount of code? :)
I mean is there so much code, that it should put its own library?
