Summary: Page numbering reset after partintro

Initial Comment:
When the first part of a book as a PartIntro that takes
more than one page, the page numbering starts at 1 for
the Part, but is reset to 1 when the 1st Chapter in the
Part begins, leading to numbering: 1, 2, 1, 2, 3...

Summary: Japanese i10n not up to date (patch)

Initial Comment:
The CVS gentext/locale/ja.xml file does not have all of the expected 
tags that the en.xml file has.  So, to bring it up to date, synchronise 
some changes, and add localized strings, I submit the following patch.

Summary: Add language attr to fo:root

Initial Comment:
To support language extensions (such as jpfop), I would like the 
book/article/etc.'s lang attribute reflected in the <fo:root> node.  As it 
is, I have to customize the entire <xsl:template match"/"> template just 
to override the:

    <fo:root font-family="{$body.font.family}"
             font-size="{$body.font.size}"
             text-align="{$alignment}"
             language="ja">

segment, adding that final line.

It would be nice if this could either be handled via the root's lang="xx" 
or via a param.
