Interesting (the Agile part)... I'm going to have to read up on this more.
I've heard the term before, and had a very lose understanding of what it
was, but I'd like to get into it a bit more. It seems like the types of
things I know instincitvely work for me and those on my team, but I also
know the environment at work all too well... This type of thinking would not
fly, which is sad and ironic because I've been involved in three of the most
successful projects they've ever done, lead them and did the lion's share of
the architecture and actual coding in actuality, and from what I'm reading,
I always have worked in a very Agile way... On the flip side, they've been
lately trying to implement very stringent methodologies, trying to get
everything down to an exact science, and projects have been failing left and
right. You'd think they'd see a pattern there :) I certainly do!
