While I appreciate your concern over Cygwin's growth, really what
needs to be done is for a volunteer to take over. I believe Chris Faylor
is correct in assuming that making it available invites questions,
but doesn't really provide any benefit to core developers already
swamped with email. It's too bad that a search for "cygwin upset"
doesn't bring up alternatives until the second page of results,
maybe you could link to it from your website or something.
It also turns out that there's another script "genini" that's been
recently added to CVS, at some point I'll investigate.
