Vim is VERY picky about path format on Windows, did you try "C:\\TEMP"
and also confirm that the case is correct? Also make sure it isn't
trying to use the "dir /x" type of shortname directory name.
What version did you upgrade from, was it recent? (Just trying to figure
out if this is something that hasn't been broken for a long while.)
