You must set $CREAM manually, prior to starting the loader:
gvim -U NONE -u "\$CREAM/creamrc" "$@"
Otherwise, Cream will try to find it based on $VIMRUNTIME. Also, I'm
not sure if the "~/" shortcut nomenclature will work, some script
usages may mis-handle this.
