Dungeon Crawl Reference

Current version of crawl manual (at
https://crawl.develz.org/wiki/doku.php?id=dcss:manual:rest ) uses
static word wrap, meaning there's a convention to break line every 80
characters. But it's quite annoying for editing, especially without
pasting to an external editor. Additionally, ingame manual doesn't
seem to benefit from unusually wide terminals. I think word wrap
should be handled at application level, not document level. Is this
within reach ?

Putting the manual on the wiki seems to be a good idea so far. A few
people have helped, and almost all changes are uncontroversial. I
would like to thank yeahjim and TGW. There's nothing wrong with a
simple CSS stylesheet, but perhaps we'll be able to come up with
something better. A contest, perhaps ? I've came across a way to make
a pure html/css collapsable table of contents. It needs html5, but
looks okay in older browers (it's constantly expanded).

I wonder if the manual should contain Credits section. Many manuals
do. But tracking all contributors and listing them appropriately won't
be easy.

This looks wrong to me...
shouldn't it be either "captain's cutlass" or "Captain's Cutlass"?  I
personally prefer the former, as neither "captain" nor "cutlass" are proper
nouns, but if you want title case, it should be applied to both words not
just one.
