I have done this. Seems to work for the initial diff for the topic 
creation. But now when I click on Parallel (or Line X) it won't show 
the full files. Only the lines that were created in the initial diff 
are visible.

I've doubled checked my changes to the retrieve subroutine. I can issue 
the same call from the command line and things work fine.

Is there some configuration I'm missing that enables the full file view 
when Parallel is clicked?
